Terms of Service

iSavedit is a link-saving application that lets you save URLs from any website and uses AI to automatically organize them into folders. You can search your saved links, share collections, and rediscover content you saved in the past. iSavedit is available as a web application at isavedit.in.

By using iSavedit, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not save or share links to illegal content, including but not limited to copyright-infringing material, child exploitation material, or malware
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Provide accurate information when signing in via Google OAuth

iSavedit reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The Free plan gives you 15 lifetime save credits. Once a credit is consumed — whether or not you later delete that link — it is never restored. The Free plan includes 3 folders, 1 shared collection, basic insights, and AI organization. There is no expiry on Free plan accounts.

The Pro plan is available for a one-time payment of ₹299 (Indian Rupees). This is a lifetime payment — you pay once and have access to Pro features forever with no recurring subscription or renewal. Pro includes 500 active saves, 30 folders (4 pinned), unlimited shared collections, full insights, CSV export, and slot restoration when you delete links.

Once payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded immediately. Payments are processed via Razorpay and are subject to their terms and conditions.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Deletion is permanent and immediate — all your saved links, folders, shared collections, and notifications are permanently removed from our servers. There is no recovery. If you have a Pro plan, your payment record is retained for tax and refund purposes but your personal data is deleted.

iSavedit is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, add or remove features, or change pricing with reasonable notice. We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures — however, we take regular backups.

You retain ownership of the URLs and content you save. By using iSavedit, you grant us a limited licence to process and display your saved content within the application. We do not sell or share your saved URLs with third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Karnataka. Any disputes arising from the use of iSavedit will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of iSavedit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
